Best Time for Everest View Trekking
The Everest View Trekking can be done all around the year. But it’s better to trek in Autumn and in Spring Seasons.
Autumn (September, October and November)
Autumn is the festive Season for Trekking for Trekkers from all around the world. The weather Conditions in September, October, and November are mostly suitable for trekking in Everest.
Autumn is one of the Peak seasons in Nepal for trekking. The temperature during this Season is quite fine neither hot nor Cold. If you wish to trek the Everest View Trek in autumn, you can also explore some of the major festivals in Nepal that are observed in autumn.
Spring (March, April and May)
Spring is one of the best times of the year when beautiful flowers are blooming and new leaves start to grow. The whole environment becomes green which gives you fresh air and Pleases your eyes.
During Spring, Nepal looks even more beautiful in Nature. You will have Clearer Scenic mountain views. The temperature and weather condition of the Everest Region is also favorable.
You may expect some light rainfall in late May. But, don’t worry the view the next morning is Splendid.
Everest View Trekking Difficulty
Everest View Trek is a moderate trek of the Everest region
The difficulty increases if you trek during the monsoon season. During the monsoon, there are rainfalls which makes the trail muddy and Slippery. You need to be careful with your Steps. Therefore, it is best to avoid trekking there in the Monsoon if you are a beginner. If you are a well-experienced trekker, then you are sure to enjoy any Seasons.
Brief Itinerary for Everest View Trekking:
Day 03: Kathmandu to Lukla flight and trek to Phakding(2,640m)
Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,435m)
Day 05: At Namche for acclimatization
Day 06: Trek To Tengboche(3,960m)
Day 09: Fly back to Kathmandu(1,350m)
Day 10: Free day
Day 11: Final airport drop
Itinerary
Day 01Airport – Hotel in Kathmandu (1,350m)
You will be Picked up by our airport representative and transfer to the Hotel. After your refreshment you can walk around your Hotel.
Day 02Kathmandu
After having breakfast,you begin your tour to Bhaktapur, “City of Devotees”, Pashupatinath, “the most Visited Hindu Pilgrimage Site” and Bauddhanath, “Largest Buddhist Stupa from Nepal”. In the evening, You Just drive back to the Hotel and Stay Overnight.
Day 03Kathmandu – Lukla – Phakding (2,623m)
You Just drive early to the airport for your Lukla flight and Continue trek to Phakding approx. 4 hrs and Stay Overnight in a Tea House.
Day 04 Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3,435m)
Here, the trail continues to Chhumawa with the beautiful Scenery of Waterfalls along with the magnificent view of Thamserku Himal. Here, you cross a long Suspension bridge and reach Monju- Jorsale. Now, you cross Dudhkosi again, the trail ascends till Namche Bazaar approx. 7 hrs.
Day 05Namche Bazaar (3,435m)
Here, you Spend one more day for acclimatization. Either you can hike to Khunde- Khumjung or Just visit to the Sherpa museum Where, you acquire detail information regarding the Flora and Fauna from this area.
Day 06Namche Bazaar – Tengboche(3,960m)
The trail descends to Dudhkosi, Where you Can have Spectacular views of Mt.Everest (8,848.86m), Lhotse (8,501m), Ama Dablam (6,696m) and Khangtega (6779m) etc. Here you pass a little Village Phunki Thanga and Climb up to Tengboche through the beautiful rhododendron forest finally, you reach your destination and you feel glad to see the Panorama and the ancient Buddhist monastery
Day 07Tengboche – Monjo (2,920m)
The trail descends directly to Phunki Thanga and you cross a Suspension bridge. After that the trial gently ascends to Kyangjuma and arrives Namche Bazaar and You descend to Dudhkosi river, Cross a Suspension bridge and finally, arrives your destination Monjo and Stay Overnight (approx. 7 hrs).
Day 08 Monjo – Lukla (2,850m)
Here,You trek down Same way to reach Lukla through Phakding and Stay Overnight in a Lodge.
Day 09Lukla – Kathmandu (1,350m)
After having your hot breakfast, you Just drive to the airport for your flight to Kathmandu with the magnificent views of Mt.Everest, Kongde Himal and the entire Langtang ranges.Once you land there at the Kathmandu airport you Just drive to Your Hotel and stay Overnight.
Day 10Kathmandu
Here, you don’t have any Official Programme So, either you can Just stay at your Hotel or You can go for Shopping and in the evening you enjoy the traditional Nepalese dinner with typical cultural dances.
Day 11Hotel - Airport
You will be Picked up from your Hotel very much on time and transfer to the airport for your final departure

Nov 2023 • CouplesWir haben den Everest View Trek mit Jeep Fahrt von Kathmandu nach Thamdanda gemacht. Wer nicht viel Zeit hat, kann in 7 Tagen den Mount Everest sehen.
Unser Guide Babu war sehr nett und super organisiert. Er hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und wir würden ihn jederzeit wieder buchen.
Die Jeep Fahrt war leider sehr anstrengend mit insg. 17h, also wäre es doch besser gewesen nach Lukla zu fliegen.Review from VerenaRoesnerGermany
