Day 02Kathmandu

After having breakfast in a hotel we begin our trip to Swayambhunath, This temple is one of the world’s most enchanting glorious and the oldest Buddhist Stupas. It is said to be more than 2000 years old. This glorious manmade landmark is three kilometers west of Kathmandu city and is situated on a hillock about 77m above the level of the Kathmandu Valley. From the platform of the spot the splendid changing view of the valley could be seen with the monkeys running here and there. After that, we drive to Pashupatinath, which is a Hindu temple on the banks of the Bagmati River. The thing you will experience in Pashupatinath will be the corpse- burning place that you might find interesting as well as full of agony to find the people crying around the burning places. Our third stop will be Bouddhanath Stupa, which is one of the greatest Stupa in Asia. At the end of the day we serve you dinner and overnight stay in a hotel.

Day 03Kathmandu to Pokhara

On third day, after having breakfast we drive to Pokhara and the travel duration by surface from Kathmandu to Pokhara is about 6 hours and the flight duration is 35 minutes which is one of the favourite tourist destinations next to Kathmandu. While we reach Pokhara we will take a rest for a remaining time and in the evening we have a dinner and stay overnight in a hotel in Pokhara.

We organised some of our trip through Nabim’s company. They were very flexible and helped a lot in everything we needed. We had a fantastic trip in Nepal. We highly recommend them if you want to avoid the hassle with finding and booking everything on your own. Last but not least Nabim is a fun guy who is nice to talk to.

If you’re wondering, Nepal with children is ok, the answer is, with such professionist as people from Himalayan Abode Travels, a big, fat, YES!!!
Nabin, Sadhuram, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!
Everything was really perfect. And beauty apart of the places we’ve been to (Katmandu, Bandipur, Pokhara, Lumbini, Chitwan, Nagarkot), we could admire the most important of it all: the beauty of people living in these places.
Visit Nepal, but do it with these guys, they really deserve your trust!
With a lot of love.

Értünk jött a reptérre, segített helyi sim-kártyát vásárolni, közreműködött a pénzváltásban illetve rajta keresztül foglalva a szállások is olcsóbbak voltak, mint a nagy foglalóirodákon keresztül. Bármiben kértük segítségét azonnal a rendelkezésünkre állt, talált megoldást. További előnye az irodának, hogy a honlapon találtok hozzájuk magyar kontaktot is. Teljes szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek az irodát! Még egyszer köszönjük Nabin!

Our two week trip partially was organized via the travel agency, via emails in advance. Thanks to their help we visited Chitwan National Park. They fulfilled all of our needs and requests. The office leader,Nabin, was very helpful. He picked us up at the airport, helped us to buy local sim card, also helped us to exchange currency. Bookings made with them were also cheaper than they would have been with well-known,big booking portals. If we needed help,he was there for us immediately and always found solutions to our issues. Furthermore,on their website you will find Hungarian contact details as well. This travel agency is highly recommended! Thanks a lot again,Nabin!

I didn’t want a typical Nepal trip, but more customized snow Mountain View and temple tour. When I contacted Himalayan adobe agent. They helped me to design the entire trip with destinations. In the same time, we modified the itinerary many times to make it perfect. Their price is very reasonable. They even have tour guide who can speak Chinese. Only one drawback is the driver they arranged for the first two days doesn’t speak English well.

I booked my four day trip to Chitwan with Himalayan Abode Travel. They were really helpful because I wanted create a different package tour to the one usually advertised. They were able to book the hotel that I had chosen from trip advisor and organised the extra day and coach travel for a very low price compared to what other agencies had offered me. I was more than happy with the trip, Chitwan is one of, if not the best trip I have ever taken and the stress of trying to book it myself was taken away. Thanks Gu ys x

Hello, I would like to send my biggest thanks to Himalayan Abode Travels. It was my first time in Nepal but I felt like home because of Nabin kindness. He was waiting in the airport and gave me greeting flowers. Nabin and his brother Prabin were always smiling and arranged my two weeks trip ( Dhulikel, Bhaktapur, Chitvan, Bandipur, Pokhara) All hotels and transfers and all services were just perfect. They gave me all informations and what I needed. I highly recommend to everyone their professional and friendly services. I will be back next year to Nepal for sure! Himalayan Abode is the best! See you soon guys! And thanks again!
